When you think of Orlando, perhaps visions of Disney World, Universal Studios, or winter sunshine come to mind. As the top tourist destination in the country, Orlando greets around 70 million visitors each year! But more and more people are realizingthat Orlando has a lot more to offer than warm sunshine, attractions, and shows.

“The City Beautiful” is one of the fastest-growing cities in America, with tens of thousands of new residents moving to Orlando each year, new housing being built daily, and home values continuing to increase year after year; which means that people who
move here, want to stay here.

In addition to the lack of state income tax, and the lower than national average property taxes, Orlando also has the third fastest growing job market in the country. There are many avenues of culture and arts; and in the last year, the food truck scene is adding new flavor to Orlando’s already wide reaching restaurant scene.

The growth has also ushered in several new distinct suburban neighborhoods like Winter Garden, Lake Nona, and Hunter’s Creek. Orlando’s suburbs offer an eclectic mix of country and lake living. While downtown, the charm of older neighborhoods like Winter Park, are being met with the newer funky vibes of the Milk District and artistic flair of Audubon Park District to suit people from all walks of life.

There is an equally diverse array of entertainment options in the city of Orlando, from
the fabled International Drive to the Kennedy Space Center, and the multitude of amusement park attractions to abundant designer outlets. The newly constructed Exploria soccer stadium draws fans of all ages together and is bringing new life to the
downtown area.

And while it’s rainy for several months of the year between June and September, for the most part temperatures hover around 90 degrees. It’s no wonder this subtropical Central Florida paradise was chosen to be where Disney seeded “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” Come and see for yourself why, in Orlando, dreams really do come true!
